Tammy Oler

Co-Founder, Executive Decision-Maker

Tammy has over twelve years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting, and copywriting. Prior to founding StellarEngine, she specialized in marketing and PR for technology companies, managed program design and development for a leading non-profit agency, and consulted with numerous businesses on organizational strategy and social media management. Tammy is also a writer and blogger on digital/pop culture. She thinks slow zombies are much scarier than fast zombies.

Ehren Gresehover

Co-Founder, Creative Director

Ehren is a writer, blogger, and marketer who has managed social media projects for a range of clients from Nokia to the Prospect Park Alliance.  He has written on music and pop culture for New York magazine and Salon.com, and has also contributed a daily music column to New York magazine’s Vulture blog.  His background also includes promotions experience at the highly influential label Merge Records. Ehren has studied and performed with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City.


Mac Rogers

Copywriter & Producer

Mac is a copywriter, producer and playwright. In addition to his work for StellarEngine, Mac has contributed articles to Slate.com and New York magazine’s Vulture blog. His play Viral won Best Off Off Broadway play from the New York Independent Theater Bloggers, and his play Universal Robots earned four New York Innovative Theater Award nominations. He lives in a re-purposed auto-body shop in Brooklyn, where his cat doesn’t like him at ALL.

Alison Morgenstern

Project Specialist

In addition to her work with StellarEngine, Alison has experience as a Project Manager for East Media Group, a digital design agency headquartered in Manhattan. Previously, Alison held several positions spanning the technology, advertising and new media industries. Alison graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley where she excelled in Botany 10: An Intro to Tree Hugging and Dance 145: Barefoot Maypole Dancing.


Jonathan Farmer

Community Manager

Before joining StellarEngine, Jonathan led a variety of communications efforts for The McGraw-Hill Companies, and has taught creative writing at the university level on both coasts. He’s the founder and poetry editor of the online magazine At Length, which will feature in two “Best American” anthologies in 2011. A founding member of The Hinge Literary Center in North Carolina’s Research Triangle, he recognizes celery for the truly sinister vegetable that it is.
