Hey guys! So much has happened over these past two weeks; it’s just crazy! I started my sophomore year in high school, and I can say for the very first time in my life that I completely love ALL of my classes. Even… I kid you not… MATH! If you recall from an earlier post of mine, I am taking four Honors courses this year, and I was a little scared about the workload. But now I feel like it will all be manageable and I’ll do fine.

Honors Chem is.. so. cool. (I feel like such a geek.) But seriously, it’s awesome. And, so far, at least, I’ve been able to stay on top of the math aspect. Conversions aren’t great, but I’m getting better at them. Algebra is SO easy (so far.) I’ve done all my homework up until September. Honors English is amazing; I have the most AMAZING people in my class, most of whom are in my equally awesome advisory. Honors Latin III seems really cool, and Honors World History is just amazing. I love History. It’s so. darn. easy.

But, something else just completely made my day. Those of you who have known me for a while know that I dance after school. You also probably know that last year I was placed in Level 1 (the bottom level) for the high school’s program, and I was a total crybaby about it. WELL, I auditioned this year and made Level 2. I’M SO FREAKING HAPPY RIGHT NOW. MY LIFE IS AWESOME. I LOVE LIVING!

Anyways, there is just one level higher than Level 2, and I think that I can make it by my senior year if I work really hard.

OH! And my birthday is this Thursday! I get my permit, and I’ll be able to drive! (with a licensed adult over 21 in the car, of course.) BUT STILL!

This year is looking out to the be… maybe the best one of my life so far. I have everything I want and absolutely nothing to complain about. THANK YOU WORLD. :)
