Happy Post Valentine’s Day!  We had a great Valentine’s Day last weekend celebrating the unveiling of our second floor couture apparel boutique at our new store location in Newport Beach.

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with Orange County’s very own mom bloggers. On Sunday, we teamed up with Ciaran Blumenfeld from Momfluential to give mom bloggers from Orange County and surrounding cities an exclusive reveal of of our completed 10,000 square feet showroom.  Moms, kids (and some dads, too!) enjoyed the 3-hour event filled with Valentine’s Day themed interactive activities.

To start the festivities, bloggers’ children hit the runway in a spring 2012 fashion show.  All the moms “Oohed” and “Aahed” as the little ones walked out dressed in adorable apparel from couture designer brands like Baby Chloe, Baby Dior, Baby Fendi, Baby Hugo Boss, Baby Stella McCarthy, Baby Marc Jacob, Baby Jean Paul Gaultier, Baby Robert Cavalli, True Religion and more.

The party continued as the kids created Valentine’s Crafts, played with Box Play for Kids stickers and had their silhouettes made. Delicious “Bundtinis for Bambinis” were also served during the celebration thanks to Nothing Bundt Cakes (the red velvet is irresistible!). Moms also had fun participating in an editorial scavenger hunt, choosing their top gift ideas from themes like Baby Registry Must-Haves, Baby On the Go and Welcome Baby Basket. To show how much we love our O.C. moms, each blogger was treated with a $100 gift certificate for a shopping spree at Bel Bambini and gift bags compliments of the store’s favorite brands including Belly Bandit, Bugagoo, DwellStudio, Maxi Cosi, hoppop and more. Several bloggers even won unforgettable raffle prizes generously donated by Bel Bambini vendors including a 4moms mamaRoo, Baby Bjorn Travel Crib, Bloom Fresco Loft High Chair, Combi Cabria stroller, Naturepedic organic mattress, new Quinny Moodd stroller and new Stokke Bounce ‘n’ Sleep, plus products from top juvenile brands aden + anais, ah goo baby, Bebe Au Lait, Boppy, Bestever, BuggyLove, Cloud B, Crane, Diaper Dude, Nap Nanny and Skip*Hop.
