Written by Bob Buskirk
Wednesday, 30 August 2006
Both of these phones were shown off at Paris's Louvre Museum by Samsung. First off the Ultra Edition 8.4 which is the world's thinnest 3G cellphone. The Ultra Edition 8.4 or Z370 features a 1.93-inch TFT display, 2-megapixel camera, and a VGA camera all stuck inside a body of just 0.3-inches. The Ultra Edition 13.8 or Z720 was introducted as the world's thinnest HDSPA slide-up. Main features include a 2.1-inch QVGA display, 2 cameras, document viewer, and support for WAP 2.0. Hopefully we will see these in the US soon!

Wednesday, 30 August 2006
There are so many Bluetooth headsets that are just the same! Well Teling Technology's latest headset, the X-Sport BTH-11 has a few features that make it stand out from the crowd. First off they say it has a range 20 to 30 meters, which is more than most headsets out there. Also it has a holster/charger that vibrates. This means when charging or in the holster you can have your phone on silent and the headset will vibrate when you have an incoming call. You can get about 18 hours of talk time on one charge.

Monday, 28 August 2006
Our sister site ThinkComputers got a chance to take a look at the Saitek Eclipse II Illuminated keyboard in their latest review! From the review, "We first took a look at the Saitek Eclipse Illuminated keyboard back in November. After reviewing that keyboard I have used it ever since. The original Eclipse keyboard was very eye catching and one of a kind with its illuminated keys and original design. Now Saitek has just come out with the Eclipse II. This version has even more features than the original. Media keys, a light dimmer mechanism and 3 different color choices are just some of the features that the Eclipse II has to offer."
