The Sun N Sand NTRAK model railroad club in Scottsdale Arizona
The Sun N Sand is an N-scale model railroad club specializing in NTRAK modular design and was founded in Phoenix, AZ in 1973. Sun N Sand moved into its present quarters in Scottsdale McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in 1978.
The Sun N Sand was the first established NTRAK club in the USA. (NTRAK defines a portable module standard for N-scale.) In 1977, Sun N Sand created the Mountain Division that was adopted by the NTRAK standards as a fourth main line. Sun N Sand's membership is drawn from all parts of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, and from all walks of life.
The club's public activities include:

- Participating in the annual RailFair at the Railroad Park.
- Participating in the annual Holiday Lights at the Railroad Park.
- Setting up portable NTRAK modules at rail events in the Southwest US.
