  1. What is Dolly-on-One – the ultimate Dolly Drive start up session where our training and support pros review the installation and configuration prior to beginning the initial backup.
  2. Do I need to do this? – Not at all. Dolly Drive has been engineered to seamlessly incorporate a successful backup strategy from a straightforward installation to first backup.
  3. Why would I need or want this? – Every Mac user has different needs and skills when it comes to understanding the various tasks that the computer performs. In addition, some folks don’t have the patience or time to invest in self-teaching but understand the value of protecting their digital life. That’s exactly why Dolly-on-One was created.

How does this work? – Dolly-on-One works just like Apple’s Genius Bar in that you make an appointment convenient to your schedule and one of our team will schedule a personal and private WebEx session. During this session, you and the Dolly Drive Pro will review your environment and computing needs to determine the best practice for your backups.     What do I need to do to seed my backup? I have close to 200GB and I don’t have a month it requires to upload it for the first time
