Administration on Aging (AOA)
The Older Americans Act originally signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on July 14, 1965, authorizes grants to states for community planning and services programs funded by the Administration on Aging. GLSP is a recipient of several AOA grants to provide legal assistance to the elderly.

Georgia Bar Foundation
The Georgia Bar Foundation is supported by IOLTA (Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts) funds. The IOLTA rule requires attorneys holding nominal and/or short-term client funds to place those funds in a pooled interest-bearing trust account. GLSP is a recipient of grants from the Georgia Bar Foundation.

Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC)
The mission of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is to serve as a statewide body providing leadership to coordinate, intensify and make more effective the components of the criminal justice system at all levels of government. GLSP is a recipient of grants through the Victims of Crime Act and the Violence Against Women Act.
Georgia Legal Services Foundation (GLS)
The Georgia Legal Services Foundation was founded in 1994 to build a permanent, stable financial base for the Georgia Legal Services Program. Funds to support the GLS Foundation come from cy pres awards and other types of contributions. These funds are invested by the GLS Foundation for prudent growth. The GLS Foundation has made gifts to the Georgia Legal Services Program to support special critical projects such as major technology upgrades, the purchase of the program's first building and a public education campaign to raise the visibility of the Georgia Legal Services Program and its work.
The Goizueta Foundation
Healthcare Georgia Foundation
The Healthcare Georgia Foundation provides GLSP with funding support to implement a health advocacy outreach program for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in Northwest Georgia. Since the inception of the program in Northwest Georgia, GLSP has reached more than 200 individuals with disabilities, provided more than 60 individuals with physical and developmental disabilities with legal services, and created relationships and partnerships with local agencies and state departments to obtain referrals and coordinate the needed services.
Judicial Council of Georgia / Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)
The Georgia General Assembly appropriates to the Judicial Council of Georgia funds to provide civil legal assistance to victims of family violence. The Judicial Council of Georgia provides funding to support GLSP's statewide domestic violence project.
Legal Services Corporation (LSC)
LSC is a private, non-profit corporation in Washington, D.C. established in Congress in 1974 to assure equal access to justice under the law for all Americans. LSC makes grants for the provision of high-quality civil legal assistance. GLSP is a recipient of LSC funding.
National Association of Public Interest Lawyers
National Legal Aid and Defenders Association
State Bar of Georgia
Individual bar members and law firms throughout the state make contributions annually to GLSP and provide pro bono services.

United States Department of Justice / Office on Violence Against Women (OVW)
The U.S. Department of Justice administers the Office on Violence Against Women grant programs which awards more than $1 billion in grant funds, making over 1,250 discretionary grants and over 350 formula grants to the states and territories. GLSP is a recipient of a discretionary grant to provide legal assistance to victims of family violence.
The mission of Georgia Legal Services Program® is to provide access to justice and opportunities out of poverty for low-income Georgians.
