| The Lake Joy Community includes all homes and properties accessed by NE Lake Joy Road including The Reserve at Lake Joy ; North Lake Joy Estates; and the Tolt River Highlands communities. The Lake Joy area is a wonderful place to call home. It's beautiful, serene and quiet and the people here are marvelous! There are community actuvities to participate in and three Community Clubs that are established; The Lake Joy Community Club, The Reserve at Lake Joy Homeowners Association and the Tolt River Highlands Homeowners Association.
