All "in stock" Standard Shipping orders will ship within 48 hours or less after order is received (Monday – Friday).
(Rates apply to orders for order quantities of 100 pcs or less of cabinet hardware pulls and knobs or 10 pcs of bathroom towel bar hardware and hooks. For quantities greater, actual shipping charges will be applied.)

2nd Day Delivery: $19.00 per order for Eastern US Shipping Zone * $39.00 per order for Western US Shipping Zone *
Next Day Delivery: $59.00 per order for Eastern US Shipping Zone * $69.00 per order for Western US Shipping Zone *
All "in stock" Guaranteed Express orders will receive the highest priority status and are guaranteed to ship the same day as ordered, if ordered before 2:00 pm eastern time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. If you choose the Next Day Delivery option, you will receive your order on the next business day. If you choose 2nd Day Delivery, you will receive your order on the 2nd day after your order is shipped. Guaranteed Express Shipping Policy: If you choose one of our Guaranteed Express Shipping services, and if we can fill your order completely from stock, we guaranteed that your order will ship the same day as placed, up until 2:00 p.m. eastern time (on business days). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. eastern are guaranteed to ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

We ship to any address in the world.

Return Policy:
All returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Orders returned within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders returned between 31 and 60 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns received after 60 days will not be credited.
To qualify for credit, items must be returned in their original condition. Credit will not be issued for shipping charges and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
