The Guild of Television Cameramen is an independent, international organisation that cares about TV camerawork and the people who make it their craft. Our members are cameramen and camerawomen who operate cameras professionally in all areas of broadcasting.
As well as providing an extensive programme of workshops and seminars which are free to members, we publish a regular magazine full of stories of interest to cameramen and an informative and topical newsletter for our members.
We run an active members' email forum where cameramen from all around the world exchange ideas, advice, experiences and information; we have direct contact with leading camera manufacturers and broadcasting organisations; and we offer an online 'search for a cameraman' facility featuring members' CVs.
