Fresh from a string of sell-out shows, packed-out festival arenas, beatboxer and vocal-manipulator extraordinaire Beardyman is back with his most intriguing performance yet.
On 8th December, Beardyman is joining forces with a specially selected group of world-class musicians whose instruments will be run through signal-processing equipment so advanced, its sound is often indistinguishable from that of a full orchestra.
The musicians, specially chosen for their improvisational and compositional abilities, form lush, cinematic orchestral music without any arrangement or pre-planning whatsoever. Entirely improvised, utterly mind-blowing, you may be moved to tears, you WILL be moved to dance. . bring spare underwear. . . savage.
My mum was proud.

a message from the management…
After a MASSIVE summer of MUSIC festivals, Beardyman is bringing his hilarious and intimate random-chair-raving show to the two most prestigious COMEDY festivals on the international calendar.
Last year he walked away from Montreal’s JFL having blown the minds of all of those privileged enough to witness him as an unknown hosting “Amp’d” – the festival’s acclaimed music and comedy show. For many he was the highlight of the festival and now he’s back with his own show at L’Astral for ONE NIGHT ONLY (*due to music festival commitments in the UK) providing fans with an intimate fumble behind the Beard.
UNSHAVED was a smash at the Edinburgh Fringe last year, and Beardyman’s is returning, this time to the festival’s BIGGEST venue, for TWO NIGHTS ONLY.
“A talent several thousand leagues beyond his peers… Beardyman is without equal, watching in person is an unmatched experience.” STV
The incredi-talented Mr Hopkinson will also be present, bringing you live-fed visuals from the interweb.
