The Empire

Roughly 7 years in the making, Humble Empire is a personal media organization dedicated to creating, documenting, and spreading positive experiences in both Video and Clothing, including everything in-between. Here’s some examples of things we do!

Since July 2010, HumbleMania has been a bi-monthly(2nd & 4th Wed.) event hosted at The Ossington. Which features a special guest performance as well as screenings of Humble Empire’s video productions including music videos, and Live in Bellwoods sessions. All set to the soundtrack of our vinyl collection.

Live In Bellwoods

Beginning on a fine fall day in August of 09, we decided to start documenting great musicians performing live in Trinity Bellwoods Park. Inspired by the beauty that is Bellwoods.

Music Videos

Artist:Tokyo Police Club
Song:Wait Up (Boots of Danger)

Description:We were extremely grateful for the opportunity to create this video for Tokyo, with help from a MuchFACT grant, we had the ability to create exactly what we had conceived in our wildest dreams. Following a narrative this video see’s the band at their “practicing” space, but focuses on the journey that their canine friend goes on. Gathering neighborhood friends (dogs) and running to have a grand party that humans alike would love to attend. Our goal was to have a video that you could never frown while watching, and I think we accomplished just that.

T-Shirts!!

That’s what this whole thing started out as, we make T-shirts, we buy cheap in bulk, random colors, and we draw on each shirt with love in our hearts and hope on our side. We hope you like these shirts, we have an order form, but we want to make that better, for some examples of work we have done, theres always the 100 Shirt party shirt photo viewer. And what’s the deal with the Triangle Head? well h.e. is a part of this too, you see what I did there? nice right? h.e. loves you!
