Case Management
Not all claims require the same level of intervention, so our case management program offers a variety of solutions for the coordination of care from early assessment to case closure. Acting as an additional medical resource, the case manager works closely with the patient and treating physician to ensure that the best medical options are utilized. Our staff of review physicians is available to the case managers for consultation and assistance on the claim. Both telephonic and field case management services are available.
