Satisfaction Guarantees

Repairs Guarantee: Stan’s offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with our service within the first year, we’ll work to make it right, and if we can’t we’ll give you your money back.

Replacement Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the condenser, air handler, and coil we replaced within its first year, we’ll come back as many times as it takes to get things working and to make you happy.  And if we can’t, then we’ll take that equipment back and refund the purchase price. 

Lowest Price Guarantee: Stan’s guarantees that we will match any competitor’s price as long as the comparison is apples to apples, i.e. the same system and services.

Temperature Guarantee: We guarantee during the cooling season that your Stan’s replacement system can maintain a temperature at least 25 degrees lower than the outside temperature at the thermostat during its first year of operation.  Note: when temperatures increase to 100+ degrees, this reduces your cooling capacity and increases your energy usage.  Sometimes you will have to run your unit 24 hours a day to maintain desired indoor temperatures during extreme heat.

“No Lemon” Guarantee: If the compressor in your outdoor unit needs replacing during its first year, then Stan’s will completely replace your outdoor unit with a new outdoor unit.
