Description

I would love to make certain macro's available inside tickets, but I don't want to have to duplicate them for each worker in the group.

This way I can give a group of people access to a macro that lets them plan certain tasks ahead of time and schedule a checkup e-mail to be sent.

Adding this might clog up the list of selectable VA's inside tickets with internal custom behaviors meant for things like scheduling so perhaps it's a good idea to make a checkbox that says something like "show this behavior in VA picklists". Kinda like the checkbox for "show this bucket inside workflow" on group settings.

I definitely agree with this idea for reusability. I'll see if I can get it added to 5.7 (aiming for next week release)
