Description

Very minor display issue.

Groups -> Dev -> Virtual Attendants
Create a VA on "New message on a group conversation"
Add an action for "Relay to external email"
click the scrollbar next to the worker list, then wave your mouse around. (See attached image)

Ah, yes. It triggers the drag event. The strange thing is you only need to click on the scrollbar, not hold the mouse button down. This is most likely an issue inside jQuery UI, but I'll see if we can work around it. We're also a maint update or two behind in our jQuery UI dependency so I'll see about updating + testing that.
