For more than 10 years now, Avec Plaisirs has specialized in serving cocktails and business lunches in office settings. We offer fresh, healthy and delicious products as well as solutions to simplify our clients’ lives and delight their guests. Our menu includes a range of meals featuring hot and cold buffets, lunch boxes, cocktails, breakfasts and much more.

A growing
family history
Founded in 1986 by Pierre Carrier and Jaqueline Besson, Agnus Dei is a catering business that has built its reputation on original culinary creations, tasty dishes and quality service.
In 2001, their son, David Carrier opened Avec Plaisirs, a catering business in Montreal specializing in corporate menus and related services. Within a short time, Avec Plaisirs successfully penetrated this market segment with delicious, affordable business meals, enabling Agnus Dei to focus on culinary events.
In 2005, Avec Plaisirs moved to more spacious catering facilities on King Edward Quay in Montreal’s Old Port. The charming setting of this location prompted the opening of Origine Bistro, a lively lounge-like terrace, where tourists and members of Old Montreal’s business community alike can meet and share drinks in a bustling yet leisurely atmosphere.

Scena
Event space
Scena is an event space that hosts a variety of private and public events throughout the year, including La Cabane, Chez Lëon, the Igloofest and the Montreal High Lights Festival.
Set in the heart of Old Montreal, Scena provides an impressive setting for any event. It is located in an enormous building set apart by its minimalist design, where metal structures co-exist in perfect harmony with large windows and three terraces offer a breathtaking view of downtown Montreal and the marina. In summer, Scena transforms into a stylish terrace offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, fresh off the grill.

Bistro-Terrace
Origine Bistro is a bistro-terrace in the Old Port offering a refined yet summery culinary experience with an emphasis on local, organic and fair trade ingredients.
Its casual atmosphere, large terrace and outdoor lounge with a view of the marina and Old Montreal make it the ideal place to enjoy a glass or two of chilled rosé with friends. You can also reserve the Origine Bistro for cocktail parties and private events.
