This site provides information and services for members of the National Union of Journalists (Great Britain and Ireland) who live and work in continental Europe, but is open to all those interested in English-language journalism and the NUJ. The NUJ has active branches in Belgium , France and the Netherlands , and hundreds more members scattered across continental Europe. This site is run by the NUJ's Continental European Council, to which all the active branches elect delegates. All members in continental Europe are represented on the NUJ's National Executive Council (NEC) through a continental Europe seat. Some services on this site are reserved for NUJ members only.
