Apply For Our STAR Program

All non-profit art and culture organizations in Southeastern Michigan with annual budgets of $100,000 or less are welcome to apply for the WDET STAR Program. Each application will be reviewed for consideration by WDET's staff.

Instructions:

  1. Fill our online form below OR download the printable form here.
    You can fax your application to 313.577.1300 or mail it to:
    STAR Program | WDET 101.9FM Detroit | 4600 Cass Ave | Detroit, MI 48201

Be sure to fill out form completely. All questions with (*) must be answered.

It would be beneficial to both your organization and WDET to attempt to coordinate important events with coverage on the station. In the second comment box on the STAR application, please list the next 4-5 large events the organization is involved in.
