Kenora Construction Association Launched
We are proud to announce the launch of the new Kenora Construction Association website. Another WordPress project, we put together a simple blog with a Member showcase area, and of course it comes with the awesome WordPress administration back end, so they are empowered to manage their content internally.
from their site:
“The Kenora Construction Association is the regional voice for the construction sector of the City of Kenora area economy.
It is a service organization as well as a policy making body.
The KCA represents and serves general contractors, businesses and individuals interested in the well-being of the construction industry.”
Check them out!
edit: links fixed, thanks Eric!

Gabrielle Papillon micro-site launched!
Today we are honored to announce the launch of Gabrielle Papillon’s new micro-site.
Built in WordPress, we have set up a single page site that serves as a launching point for her already extensive social networking efforts. We will eventually build out a full-site treatment, but for now, please enjoy a visit to her site, and leave her a note to say hello!
Gabrielle Papillon is an up and coming singer/songwriter who hails from Montreal (just to pick one), whose:
“Influenced by guitar slinging troubadours such as Ani Difranco, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon, her music is often about a feeling. Her muse is the amalgamation of people in her life, or an imaginary scenario. Above all she loves the journey of a song”
Check out her video Turn Left (produced by Southern Souls)

New Country Rehab Launched
Another MomCan’tCook website, I helped Scoop set up this site for one of her clients, New Country Rehab, a music act based out of Canada.
Driven by WordPress again, the theme is very stripped down and simple, as we were looking for a vintage/rustic look while remaining as clean as we could leep it.
There are photos and music samples, but more will come, including videos.
Check them out, they are a great band.

Ro-mania!
I just checked my hits table and it seems my entire site was browsed by someone (or something) from Romania.
I wonder what kind of golden nuggets they’ll find from this particular data mining excursion?

Autumnal Transitions
Autumn has started in the northern Hemisphere; the last Autumn of ย the first decade of the first century of the 3rd millenium, so I decided to reskin the site somewhat.
The theme is still based Carrington-Blog, but I applied a good amount of custom CSS and graphics to spice things up a bit.
