Box Office Info

Fees

A ticket fee is added to most tickets at check out. The Music Hall strives to keep ticket fees well below the prices of other ticket providers. Fees are collected to cover the cost of maintaining and staffing the box office. Shipping via US Mail adds a per order fee, but free delivery is available via Print@Home tickets or will-call. Currently, the per ticket fee for most events is $3, US Mail delivery is $2.50/order.

Discounts

Child/senior discounts are available at select performances. Select the seats, add them to your cart, and then apply the discount by clicking "Apply Discount" (see example below). Please note that discounted tickets may need to be picked up at the theater to verify eligibility.

Children

Every individual, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend an event at The Music Hall. We generally recommend parents not to bring children under the age of 3 to the theater, unless otherwise noted in the performance description.

Gift Certificates

Tickets to Music Hall performances make a great gift. Gift Certificates are available for purchase in denominations of $50 and do not expire. Call 914-631-3390, ext. 100 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to order a gift certificate.

Brokers & Scalpers

Most tickets to Music Hall events are sold from the theater's website (www.tarrytownmusichall.org), box office agent (TicketForce, 877-840-0457), or physical box office (13 Main Street). If you purchase tickets from an outside ticket broker, you are likely to pay a much higher price than you need to. Ticket brokers may make it appear that they have "special access" to the best seats, but all they do is purchase tickets from our box office and resell them to you at markup. Even when a ticket broker is operating within the law, you still pay much more than you need to and not one cent of the mark up goes to the artist or the theater. We will also not have a record of your purchase and will not be able to reach you if there are any changes to the performance. In addition, there is the risk of counterfeit or invalid tickets. Patrons with invalid tickets will not be allowed entry and may even face legal action.Invalid tickets will not be returned or exchanged by The Music Hall.

A few exceptions: tickets for daytime school shows are generally sold directly from the performing companies as group sales. We also occasionally allow a small number of tickets to be sold through ticket agents affiliated with visiting artists, so called "fan sales".

Refunds

All sales are final. Tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged. If the Music Hall cancels or postpones a performance, a full refund of the printed ticket price as well as incurred fees will be issued to the ticket buyer.
Inclement Weather - No refunds due to inclement weather will be issued unless the Music Hall cancels the entire performance. For updated status on the day of the show, patrons may visit www.tarrytownmusichall.org or call 914-631-3390 for a recorded message.

Tickets As Donations

As a nonprofit organization, the Music Hall accepts unused tickets as donations. Please return your tickets to the box office at least one hour before the performance. If the tickets are resold by the Music Hall, the theater will acknowledge your donation with a receipt for tax purposes.

Latecomers

Late seating will be done at the discretion of the House Management. Frequently, the show's touring management or performers require latecomers to be seated at a specific break in the performance and at the rear of the theater.

Cameras & Recording Devices

Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians, and Federal law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices at any performance, unless otherwise stated.
