Though humorous and totally innocent, we couldn’t help but think this is exactly what our government considers to be a model citizen. Drugged up and living in fantasy land is just how they want us.

An off-duty Houston police officer working as a security guard for Walmart harasses two men for video taping, threatening to taze them and take them to jail.

Texas is a “one-party consent” State, meaning that if one party is aware of the recording it is legal to capture audio and video, even of a police officer.

The men were breaking no laws, other than perhaps being on private Walmart property. The officer did not engage the amateur videographers over the issue of recording on private property, but rather, because they were  recording him specifically.

At 33 seconds into the video it is clear that the officer was the first one to pose a physical threat and engage in a hostile act.

Were his action Constitutional (and is he technically a law enforcement officer or a private citizen in this capacity)? Or did he act in a hostile, aggressive manner that could be construed as assault and/or battery?

Here is the first-person account from one of the men in the video:

Hostile Houston Cop comes after two innocent guys video taping at a Wal-Mart in SouthWest Houston for NO REASON, the men were held against their will before later being hand-cuffed to be arrested but released after another cop came to their rescue. The incident was only resolved after the cop tried to bribe and threaten the men to ERASE this footage or go to JAIL…. (This is a REAL police officer of the Houston TX Police Department. Apparently he works part-time as a guard for Wal Mart after his shift. This information was CONFIRMED by the other police officer who came to our rescue on the scene and who’s information will remain anonymous for being a better person although they also took the bad cops side when it came to erasing the footage before our release. We made them think we erased it so YOU could see this for yourself. Also what you see in this video is the FIRST contact made with the police officer which was initiated by HIM. Had he ordered we stop video taping Wal Mart or just to plain STOP video taping we would have been happy to comply, but his issue was “Don’t record ME!!” when my friend asked “What? Stop Recording?” the officer replied only with “NOT ME” and both of us confirmed he was not being recorded on purpose and continued with our harmless film which would probably have NEVER even surfaced had he not done what you see here) The police department also denies this as one of their own even while his information is public knowledge. We have yet to hear about him being in anyway punished for his actions so your help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for watching!

Lunatic in my evolution class asking the most absurd question and gets angry when the Prof (Dr. Kajiura) doesn’t know how to answer it.

Context: The slide we were on just before was about Female Sexual Selection. For instance, female peacocks have selection in their mates, preferring the males with the bigger train of feathers.. Somehow she went off on some tangent with a question about how does Evolution play a role in the killing of all black people…

Dr. Kajiura tried to answer her question even though he had no idea what she was talking about. She repeated her question 4-5 more times and it turned into this craziness you see here… Clearly, this person has some SERIOUS emotional issues within herself and the discussion of PEACOCKS was the catalyst to the unleashing of this insanity.

She was escorted out of class and I heard she was tasered and arrested by the police. Today was our review day before a test on Thursday and students were getting irritated by her wasting our time. No one understood what her point was… Craziest thing I’ve ever seen.

Apparently natural selection doesn’t remove crazy from the population.

North Miami Beach police said surveillance video shows dozens of high school students demonstrating in the Trayvon Martin case Friday ransacking a Walgreens store.

The incident occurred during a walkout from North Miami Beach Senior High School in support of Martin, 17, who was fatally shot in Sanford. Protesters have been calling for the arrest of George Zimmerman, 28, who has not been charged because he claimed self-defense in the shooting, according to police.
