Morgan and Gordon say I Do again. An Admiral Kidd Club Wedding

By The Rev. On April 7, 2012 · Leave a Comment

spacer spacer Vows From The Heart™ – How do you say I do again with friends and family? Well, you may wish to follow the lead of Morgan and Gordon who did it up ion style by having an Admiral Kidd Club Wedding. It was simply amazing! spacer They were married a few years ago in a very simple, civil type ceremony but they wanted this to be the real one.  Although everyone already knew they were married, they were so happy to be part of the festivities. Now, to say that Morgan and Gordon are a fun, easy going couple, would be an understatement. spacer I hear (still looking for the photo) they had a chicken dance, with a chicken on the dance floor. Wait, that’s not all, they had ducks (yes real quacking ducks) in their processional! spacer I have to say, this was one reception I should have stayed and been part of.  DJ Music Phreek on hand spinning, Bryan N. Miller taking photos, a photo booth and so much more… I can’t wait to hear about all the fun I missed. Morgan and Gordon, you guys ROCK! Thanks again for asking me to share in the day!

Matthew and Jenniffer Elope to San Diego

By The Rev. On April 7, 2012 · Leave a Comment

spacer spacer Elope to San Diego™ – Jenniffer and Matthew wanted to Elope to San Diego. keep it simple, quick but most of all romantic and feet in the sand with their family and friends. Done! This was an easy answer. They rented a fun bus to bring family and friends down from Del Mar, we walked out to the central beach on Coronado and, amongst people enjoying a mid Saturday afternoon on the beach, they exchanged their vows and made it official. What a fun couple that made the ceremony that much easier to be part of. A simple nondenominational celebration, simply vows and they exchanged their rings. I love these moments. Once again, those on the beach very respectful to the moment and family and friends snapped away with their cameras to help Jenniffer and Mathew capture the moment for their lifetime of memories.

Providing Coronado elopement ceremony information is a service of Elope to San Diego™ and was created by Rev. Christopher Tuttle of Vows From The Heart Ministries after hearing about a couple that paid over $1,000 just to elope! Knowing that couples simply want an inexpensive and romantic alternative to Vegas and the Courthouse (and because he loves a feet in the sand celebration on Coronado) he put his plan together; To offer professional and romantic elopement services to couples without overcharging them. Since that blessed day, he has helped over 1,500 couples from around the world celebrate their Coronado Vow Renewal by not only creating an unforgettable elopement ceremony, but by helping couples find lodging, photographers and even offering restaurant suggestions and lodging. “This is what I do, full time, and is an exciting and romantic part of my wedding ministry!” said Rev. Tuttle in a press release. “This is what I believe sets me a part from some of the others” he continued. 100% focus on weddings and his couples, How many others can say that! Elope to San Diego™  provides elopement services at some of the most beautiful location in San Diego! Coronado Island, Sunset Cliffs, Del Mar and La Jolla. By the way,  is the ONLY elopement service in San Diego that is a member of the San Diego Better Business Bureau.

Fang and Zhen celebrate with a Ellen Browning Scripps Park Wedding in La Jolla

By The Rev. On April 7, 2012 · Leave a Comment

spacer spacer Vows From The Heart™ – Fang and Zhen, a wonderful couple from Irvine, were looking for the perfect coastal park setting and with the The Wedding Bowl already booked on this date and wanting to be in La Jolla, they found having an Ellen Browning Scripps Park Wedding was the next best thing. They had also looked at other park settings in La Jolla and Sunset Cliffs and found this to fit their plans. Having married their friends, Xiaoyan and Zhaofeng back in June 2011 at The Wedding Bowl, I was honored that they recommended me to share in the magic of Fang and Zhen’s day! spacer They also brought in Amanda from BotanicAllure to set things up and provide the stunning setting. It was indeed a beautiful day with plenty of Blue Skies and warm temps. The harp music from Tasha was perfect for this setting the backdrop was awesome! I love park weddings and most people are so respectful to the moment by simply waiting off to the side for the ceremony to finish. This was one of those days that my backup, always be prepared motto came into play. spacer I offer for my couples a sound system for park, backyard and beach settings that is far below the cost a DJ or audio company would charge however on this day, I did a sound check that worked perfectly about an hour before the wedding only to hear loud static when the ceremony was about to start with way too much wireless interference. Not a problem, I just hooked up my wired lapel mic and off went with the wedding. I love when a plan comes together and my couple simply just smiled knowing it was all coming together.

Paradise Point Weddings, William and Laura celebrate at the Point Lawn

By The Rev. On April 6, 2012 · Leave a Comment

spacer spacer Vows From The Heart™ – I always love Paradise Point Weddings! William and Laura, a couple from Reno invited their family and friends to share in their celebration at the Point Lawn, which sits across from the Barefoot Bar and Grill. William, asked his family and friends to fly over from Newcastle England and many made the journey plus, Sam, William’s very adorable younger Brother read the story of The Lovely little Dinosaur, that was so incredibly touching. Neither William or Laura had dry eyes. spacer I have to admit, me too! This was the first time I worked with Florists from Artquest Floral and the work they did was so impressive. So much so, I had other florists on my Facebook page ask who did the work! Always a pleasure to work with Francesca and the ladies of Caprice Strings during the ceremony and Karen from Paradise Point Resort. Can’t wait to go back again and share in more magic soon!

A free elopement for Elsy and Marcos; saying thank you for your service to our Country

By The Rev. On April 2, 2012 · Leave a Comment

spacer  spacer Military Mondays™ – The Military Mondays fun continued on this, as I often refer to it as the perfect Chamber of Commerce day in San Diego. I mean really, 70′s, blue skies a few wispy clouds, you can’t ask for better. Marcos and Elsy, along with their family gathered in front of the historic Hotel del Coronado, feet in the sand and exchanged their promises to make it all Official.
