Welcome to Area 51, your alternative shortwave experience. Here is the schedule for this weekend on WBCQ 5.110 MHz shortwave and simulcast on the net at the Splatterbox.
Because of financial issues, we are forced to cut the number of on-air hours by one third starting this month. This means we will have to cut The Last Roundup, Hour of the Time, World of Radio, the International Radio Report, and other programming from our schedule. We hope this is not the beginning of the end. We’re dependent on listener contributions for keeping Area 51 on the air. Without your contributions we will disappear.

Saturday 0000 Radio Timtron Worldwide (live); 0200 The Lumpy Gravy Radio Show (live); 0300 The Lost Discs Radio Show (live); 0400 off.
Sunday 0000 Radio Jamba International (live); 0100 Plastic Magic (live); 0300 Free Radio (live); 0330 World of Radio 1593; 0400 off.
