I’m the owner of Thunderpaw and handle business intelligence, strategic planning, and client relations.

A designer, programmer, marketer, and SEO/social networking maven, I have over a decade of experience in setting up e-newsletters, promotional marketing, research and optimization, and integrated site design and programming for small businesses. I apply my technical foundation to maximize my ethical research techniques and online analytical processing, then I shape my findings into a creative strategic business plan. I’m adept at shaping big-picture goals into actionable steps.

I teach classes and give presentations on competitive business intelligence, strategic planning and execution, web development, blogging, social networking, and Internet marketing. I’m an author with several books either in print or production as well as articles published in various magazines and ezines. (See my writing.)

I’m active in martial arts. I enjoy research, writing, reading, fitness, gardening, and just being girls with my daughter.
