Beer and Beverage Arrangements at the Dam
Although it seems all we do is talk about our beer; we do have a full-service bar, a great value wine list and an assortment of cordials and after dinner drinks. You can choose:
- A cash bar set-up
- Offer pitchers of beer or wine by the bottle
- A carte blanche, open bar tab
- A bar tab limit
Dillon Dam Brewery Seating Arrangements
- Our upstairs dining area can be reserved separately. It seats up to 70 for sit-down dining or 100 for a cocktail party.
- The main floor dining area seats 100.
- Our brewery tower dining area seats 24.
- Our full main floor can accommodate 160 for a cocktail party.
- The patio, open Spring to Fall, accommodates up to 80 for sit-down dining or 90 for cocktails.
