The Simarillo Sociable

After boil, cover and let sit hot for 60-80 minutes while still on the hops. This hop stand isn't calculated into the IBUs, which is why they look low. I further dry hopped this with an oz of Amarillo and an oz of Simcoe for five days. Carbonate to 2 volumes.
