Shipping & Delivery
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days of order placement. If an item is out of stock, we will work with the designer to fill the order as quickly as possible. In some cases, this may take several weeks depending on whether the item must be hand-crafted or is readily available. You will receive notification via email when longer delivery times are expected.
Shipping Rates vary depending on the destination and order total:
1. Standard shipping is free on all orders of $150.00 or more.
2. Shipments to the UK and Canada will ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of 10.95.
3. Shipments to the US will ship via UPS. UPS charges are calculated according to the weight, shipping location, and service chosen.
Returns & Exchanges
Spoil Me Fashion wants you to be a happy and completely satisfied customer. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for full credit. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition and must not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
To return merchandise, please follow these steps:
- 1. Place the item in its original packaging into your return package along with a copy of the invoice.
- 2. Indicate on the original invoice the quantity, item number, and item description that you are returning and why.
- 3. Include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
- 4. Apply postage.
- 5. Use Delivery and Confirmation to track the status of your package.

Once your merchandise is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. When the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction. Any rewards points that were awarded at the time of purchase will be subtracted from your rewards balance upon return.
Note that Spoil Me Fashion.com cannot be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling us at 877-232-7015, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST or by emailing our call center at support@spoilmefashion.com . We will notify you by email that your order has been canceled.
Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.
Viewing Orders
If you elected to create an account when you placed your order, you may login and go to the My Account page to see a list of all orders that you have placed to date. Click on the View Order link to get tracking information about the shipment. An order confirmation email will be sent when your order is received and again when it is shipped.
Updating Account Information
Login to your account and click the My Account link. This will take you to pages that allow you to view order history, manage newsletter subscriptions, change your address book, and update your wishlist.
Membership Rewards
When you register with us, every order placed will generate rewards dollars to be used against future purchases. Rewards dollars are awarded as 15% of the total purchase price of your order, excluding taxes and shipping. They may be used at any time - there is no expiration date and no product exclusions. Upon logging into your account, your rewards balance will be displayed on the homepage. You can redeem your reward dollars in the shopping bag.
