Custom Metalwork

Skol Studio & Design Inc. specializes in designing and building unique handcrafted pieces of architectural metalwork and furniture. This can include structural elements of a home such as stairs, gates, railings and decks.

We enjoy working with the client to develop a design that works with the client¹s existing decor or taste. Steel is the main component in our designs. Steel can create elegant yet durable works.  The strength of the material allows for flowing and dramatic designs.  We build energy and motion into a static material, borrowing from the grace and energy found in nature and combining that with formal design.

Iron works naturally with other materials, so we collaborate with various artists to introduce wood and stone into our furniture designs.

Gallery

Skol Gallery is located in Ouray, Colorado and is owned and operated by Jeff and Nicole Skoloda.

We invite you to experience our newly opened  sculpture garden at our gallery location.  It includes work by several of the artists we represent.
