T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® OHIO

Scholarships are available for early childhood professionals who want to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, or Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or child development.

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® OHIO is a compensation and retention program for child care professionals. Active in 23 states, T.E.A.C.H is designed to address education, compensation and turnover issues that affect the early childhood field. Please follow the link for a video about T.E.A.C.H. Professionals and programs participate in T.E.A.C.H. OHIO by committing to one another. Assistance is available for the cost of tuition, books, and related education expenses. The Program commits to provide higher pay each year to their employees that earn credentials or college credit toward early childhood education degrees. Employees commit to stay working at their program while in school and for a period of time afterward.

T.E.A.C.H. scholarships require the participation of a sponsoring program (unless you are a Type B professional). Information is available for those interested in becoming a sponsor.
