I’m Eileen Keaveny, LCSW, and have been a licensed psychotherapist in Placerville, CA for over 15 years. I have assisted people working through all sorts of very tough life problems: health, career, personal loss, stress, etc.

My firm belief is that you have the answers and resources you need, and I will help you find them. My work draws on extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, expressive arts, coaching and EMDR to help you find “my solution within”.

After our initial consultation, we will decide together how to help you identify and achieve your desired outcomes.

Coaching This may be by setting and achieving goals of personal growth, improving health, eliminating roadblocks to success, or accomplishing something specific....

Psychotherapy This may be reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, confusion, “feeling stuck”....

Or it may be learning how to cope with illness, loss, caregiving, or other life changes in a healthy, productive way....
