LOVELAND

LOVELAND is evolving! Over the last year we've done a ton of experiments and learned an awful lot. Now we're busy scaling our unique fundraising and mapping platform up to city size. Read a summary of our new direction and be sure to inchvest in the Hello World microhood while inch supplies last! (Psst... inches make great gifts and proceeds benefit some awesome projects in Detroit.)

"From like 11 to 14, I played Dungeons and Dragons," Paffendorf says. "I gravitated toward the role of Dungeon Master pretty quickly. But I still feel like I'm playing that role. Instead of being in some medieval world where it's like, 'To the west, a town burns; in the east, a woman cries. There's a rustling in the woods ahead. What do you do?' It's more like, 'You're in Detroit, you own a ridiculously tiny plot of land and people are looking at you funny. What the *bleep* do you do?'"
