Car Parking
Managing the car park at any event is a key part to ensuring that the first and last impressions of your event are positive.
To help achieve the best service for your visitors, we spend a large amount of time in planning both layouts and systems of traffic flow into and out of your parking areas. With most large events being held on green field sites, this can have its challenges - but these are what make our work interesting to us!
As with all aspects of our business, we use a core team of staff who regularly work together. This group is supplemented, when required, by staff drawn from many backgrounds, from students to retired people. All our team - both full-time, part-time and casual - are employed by us and paid via the PAYE system.
All traffic stewards are issued with top specification high visibility jackets and most will carry one of our own licensed two-way radios. Many of our regular staff have also undergone training in first aid and fire warden duties.
