Everyone has heard about the challenges facing patients in nursing homes. Our practice focuses on the planning and strategies to help clients stay out of nursing homes, when possible. Our firm is committed to helping our Life Care Planning clients and their families navigate the long-term care and health care system, and to advocate for good care during the client’s journey through the elder-care continuum. We explore all the options, resources and services available, and create a customized Life Care Plan to meet the client’s goals.
Elder Law and Life Care Planning are areas of law that cater to the needs of seniors, the elderly, and the disabled. Each client is unique, as is each situation our clients face. Some clients and their families are in crisis due to unexpected medical emergencies leaving loved ones incapacitated. Others are slowly succumbing to Alzheimer’s disease or another illness and must plan for incapacity and long-term care.
Still, others are planning in advance, and need guidance and information. In every case, we focus on helping our clients live the life they want for as long as possible.
