Medical and Esthetic Advisory Board Members
The talent and resources of the Academy are in a large part thanks to experts in many fields of medicine. Dr. Goldman brings unsurpassed expertise in dermatological issues including micropigmentation. He is the author of numerous publications. His newest textbook is Cutaneous and Cosmetic Laser Surgery. Dr. Goldstein was co-author of the first textbook on Micropigmentation with Dr. Zwerling. Dr. Goldstein reported the cause of red pigment allergies in tattoos as being cadmium yellow almost three decades ago. Dr. Kercheval has become the authority on Blood Borne Pathogens with a very thorough and understandable approach to this vital subject.
Dr. Maurice Mommaerts is an expert in surgical problems including congenital deformities, cleft lip and palate, plastic and reconstructive surgery and is the President-Elect of the European Society of Craniofacial Surgeons with over 2,000 members. He has also studied micropigmentation and will be contributing to the Academy as an advisor and in publications. The Academy and its members extends a gracious welcome and thank you to each expert on the Medical Advisory Board.
