    Two questions

    1) How do you keep the egg on the burger? how do you prevent it from squishing out all over your hands and place mat every time you take a bite? How do you cook it so it will FIT on a bun?

    2) How do you stuff a burger?

Has anyone ever eaten the “Sticky Burger”?
I’m really curious because while I like cheese, peanut butter, burgers AND bacon, the thought of combining all of them causes queasiness.

    But to contribute…
    Spicy Chia Turkey Burger:
A healthy, zesty burger without the red meat. This one can be topped in a variety of ways. (makes 2 burgers)
4 medium size fresh basil leaves for every 2 burgers
    2 tbsp bread crumbs
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry MySeeds Chia seeds

Mix together ground turkey, chopped basil and all other ingredients in a bowl by kneading. Press into patties and cook with your favorite method. The seeds help bring out the flavors of the sauces and spices. You can top it with sprouts, tomato slice, or cooked onions+mushrooms.

You obviously havent been to Australia spacer over here, the whole point of not breaking the yolk of an egg when cooking it to put it on a burger is to make it runny so the flavour oozes out

    To contribute:
Try combing 4 tbsp light mayo with 1tsp horseradish, dijon mustard and minced garlic. It’s sooo good on burgers.

The easiest way to stuff burgers is: Get a big jar lid 6″ round and about an inch deep. place a piece of plastic wrap in the lid hanging over edges. grab enough ground beef for a thin pattie press into lid. stuff with what ever you want (carmalized balsamic onions, bacon and cheese, very good) place stuffing to 1/2 inch from edges, grab about same amount of GB as first and seal edges. Pops out of lid easily with a little tug on plastic wrap….repeat, so easy and fast, perfect shaped burgers every time

When we were kids (’60′s) our favorite topping was a “Texas Special” which was chopped onion, tomato and lettuce (probably iceburg, given the time), now I use crisp romaine and mayo.
I tried to Google it but came up empty so I have no idea how it got its name.

    The morning after burger

Burger topped with 4 slices of bacon, hot sauce, a fried egg, cheese, and mayo. I like to cook the burger in gourmet maple flavor diana sauce for a little sweetness, and i cook the egg over hard, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mayo goes on top and bottom bun, which should be toasted.

    This list is awesome!

Read through most of them but i don’t seem to see the pink sauce burger?
It’s just a burger with cheese(& tomato if desired) and smothered in pink(marie rose) sauce.
To make the sauce you just mix a tablespoon of ketchup with a tablespoon of mayo.
    Delicious!
