Well just in case you were wondering about the sunny weather we’ve had this week you’ll be pleased to know its only going to get better for the weekend! The wind is going to swing offshore and stay very light meaning the waves stay a fun 2ft (about waist high) and the barbeque wont be suffering from wind blown sausages! Time to stretch the shoulders off and get the sunscreen back out. We’ll keep posting pictures up here of the weekend that follows, happy barbequing and surfing everyone!

Gypsy goes surfing!
Most of you will have already met our resident surf school dog Gypsy. Usually her favorite pastime is chasing balls but from time to time she has been described as what they call ‘a fair weather surfer’. This meaning that when the suns out she’s not afraid to dip a paw in. We took the camera to the beach today and here’s a shot of Gypsy trying out Gemma’s new short board!

Girls ready for action!
March has been a great month so far with good surf and some huge Spring tides. You may have heard of the moon being the closest it will be to planet earth for 20 years this month which has meant the big tides have made for some excellent coasteering! We had a group of girls join us for an Exeter university reunion to take part in some traversing and pretty high jumps! Here are a couple of images of some of the jumps they were happily throwing themselves off!
Wenny showing full commitment, first to leap off the highest jump!
