CELTS (Compass Elite Lower Triathlon Squad) is a year-round, youth & junior development triathlon team located in Greensboro and Winston-Salem. Athlete ages range from 7 years to U-23.

CODE ONE will have Men’s & Women’s Road and MTB Teams for 2012. The Junior Team is open to boys and girls ages 10-18. CODE ONE is a USA Cycling licensed team located in Greensboro and Winston-Salem.

Compass Elite has been helping masters swimmers and triathletes improve their swim technique, efficiency, and speed in a positive team atmosphere for the last three years. PACE holds five practices per week at the beautiful, new Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Compass Elite Races - 2012
In 2012, Compass Elite is directing 4 road races and 4 youth triathlons with proper coaching and training prior to each event. Getting athletes to the starting line with the hopes of achieving goals is one thing, but getting athletes to the finish line having just achieved them is another. Here at Compass Elite, we’ll get you to, and through, a great race.

Athletes...wanted to share a few things that are on the horizon here at Compass Elite.
1. Athlete Training Plans & Programs will be moving to TrainingPeaks.com. This online system will allow athletes to upload all date (HR, Garmin, Power, from over 90 devices) directly to their workouts to provide instant information to myself and the athlete.
2. Compass Elite Lower Triathlon Squad (CELTS) begins next week. I have attached a flyer. This team is for youth athletes 7 years or older, all the way up to U23 elite junior athletes.
3. Tri For Fun - Youth/Junior Triathlon - August 27th, 2011 @ 8:00am. Ages 5 - 15. Different distances for 5 different age groups and Relay Teams. Register at SportOften.comwith this link: sportoften.com/events/eventDetails.cfm?pEventId=7558
