Bridget has created her own unique combination of two disciplines — yoga and Pilates, or yogilates — to transform your body from the inside out. Group classes are available. Call for dates and times.
Bridget teaches yogilates at Rhythms in Lenox, MA, on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 to 10:15 am and at the pastures on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am.
Personal Training
Bridget provides personal training services for women in all walks of life, however she specializes in personal training and fitness for women with cancer. Call for a consultation.
Massage
A soothing massage customized to your personal preferences and medical condition improves circulation, promotes relaxation, and relieves stress. Massage services are available by appointment only. Please call to schedule.
