Attendee registration information
To register as an attendee, follow these easy steps:
1) Make your housing reservation
If you plan to stay with us in the EASA room block, please be sure to make your room reservations first. Your hotel acknowledgment number will give you access to registration discounts. If you have not reserved your room, you may do so by using one of these links ...

2) Register for the Convention
To do this, choose one of the following options:
- REGISTER ONLINE
Click the BLUE BUTTON at right to register online. If you are a member of EASA, be sure to log in using your Company ID and Member ID to take advantage of the lowest rates. (Note: You may register up to 4 people at a time using this form.) - DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION FORM
Download the PDF version of the attendee registration form, fill it out and fax it to EASA at 314-993-1269. Please print one registration form for each person you wish to register. - CALL EASA
You may register by phone by calling EASA Customer Service at 314-993-2220.
3) Pay online
If you choose to register online, be sure to complete your payment using PayPal. After submitting your online registration form, you will be automatically directed to PayPal to complete payment. A PayPal account is not required.

Be sure to stay with EASA
To hold a convention, EASA must guarantee that a certain number of sleeping rooms will be used. So by staying at one of EASA’s official convention hotels, you help us avoid costly hotel penalties and keep your convention costs down.
By staying in EASA’s hotel block, you may also be eligible for discounts on registration fees.
- Save $200 on each Full Business or Spouse/Guest registration
- Save $75 on each Weekend Package, Education & Exhibits Package or Spouse/Guest Social Package
To claim your discount, make your hotel reservations and submit your reservation acknowledgement number when you register for one of the convention packages.
