Before you start using the iPhone App, you'll need an OTRS OnDemand account to connect to. If you haven't already signed up for your free 21-day trial of OTRS OnDemand, sign up now!

  1. Install the app from the App Store (it's free!)
  2. Input your login credentials and the URL of your OTRS OnDemand Help Desk in the format https://HelpDeskName.otrsondemand.com/otrs/json.pl - make sure you use HTTPS.
