Any member violating these terms of use will have their account terminated immediately.
1) Your page may not close the Luckyte frame.

2) Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed:
-Pornography
-Warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc)
-Any Illegal activity, or anything that Luckyte deems not family friendly
-Frames to load more than one site per page with the exception of rotators
-Hidden brs that load search sites or any other unappropriate sites. -Paid To promote rotators.

3) The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at Luckyte must be able to read your website.
4) Luckyte is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this free service at your own risk.

5) SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

6) Only one account per individual or computer.

7) Luckyte has the right to deny any member from using its services should we feel they are not acting in the best interest of Luckyte. Any member so removed will be notified. We also have the right to add to or change the terms of service at any time, and will notify members when changes have been made.

8) If you do not use your FREE Luckyte account to earn credits, by viewing other member's sites, for a period of 30 consecutive days, your FREE account may not continue to have it's urls displayed(this does not apply to GOLD accounts).

9) If you do not use your Luckyte FREE account to earn credits by viewing other member's sites for a period of 90 consecutive days, you may receive a notice that your account could be deleted if not maintaining a higher level of activity.(does not apply to GOLD accounts).
10) You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.

11) You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by Luckyte.

12) All sales are final. No refunds will be given for credits that have been used or memberships purchased that you no longer wish to use.

13) You are responsible for cancelling any subscription created through our payment proccessor.

14) These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes.

Privacy Policy

We at Luckyte, respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.
Your e-mail address may be made available to your Luckyte sponsor.
By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal from the mailing list will mean termination of your account and loss of all credits, downlines, and advertisement, paid or free.
