spacer Please join us for the Ninth Annual HEAL Utah Spring Breakfast featuring grassroots organizer and renewable energy champion MEGAN MATSON.

Megan Matson has long been involved in bringing people together to provoke meaningful change. After leading numerous online campaigns and forming Mainstreet Moms—a non-profit that strives to secure a better, more sustainable future for our children—she helped found one of the first locally controlled renewable energy buying plans in the country. This community choice aggregation (CCA) program lets residents of Marin County choose to buy either 50% or 100% renewable energy, while promoting local green energy jobs. Since then, Matson co-founded LEAN Energy U.S. to help facilitate the introduction of CCAs into other communities throughout the United States.

Come hear Megan Matson discuss her history in activism, what civic engagement means to her, and how we can create a renewable energy program here in Utah that allows us to say yes to clean energy and healthy communities!

The event is free to attend (and did we mention a yummy, hot breakfast is included? Seating is assigned, however, so please do us a favor and RSVP early to reserve your seat!

RSVP HERE!

You will have the opportunity to make a contribution to support HEAL Utah's work on promoting renewable energy and protecting Utah from nuclear and toxic threats.

Please email questions to sophia@healutah.org or call 801-355-5055.

We hope to see you there!
