Confused about which plan is right for you?
Q. Is there a difference in content between the subscription model and full membership?
A. No. Both give you access to exactly the same core language learning content. The only differences are the payment model and that from time to time we may run competitions and give away goodies from Japan to full members.
Q. Can I upgrade to a full membership after choosing the subscription model?
A. Certainly! Just send us an email and we’ll work out a sensible upgrade price based on how long you’ve been subscribed :).
Q. How can I pay for Gakuu?
A. We use Paypal for easy and secure online payments. You can use a variety of methods including credit card and bank transfer.
Q. Are there group discounts available?
A.Yep. Just email us and we’ll work out a discount.
Q. What if I want a refund?
A. No problem. If you aren’t happy with Gakuu within the first 14 days, contact us for a 110% refund. For the extra 10%, you’ll have to write 200 words of helpful feedback to make Gakuu a better place to learn Japanese. If you just want out, normal refunds can also be given :).
