I Love Kale

Hi!  I’m Sarah Jane.  I’m glad you’re here.

I’m not a nutritionist, chef, or even an expert.  I’m just a gal who really loves her vegetables.  Especially kale.  Eating a seasonal, local diet of fruits and vegetables has enriched and nourished not only my palate, but also my soul.  I started this site to share my passion for conscious eating in hopes others will find the same joy it gives me.

I truly do believe that kale can save the world.  Think I’m joking?  Watch this.

I recently relocated to lovely Boulder, CO and  I’m excited to be in America’s happiest, healthiest, and smartest city.

I dream of a small house with a red door, a very heavy kitchen table, and a lot of garden space.
