Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Certification Boot Camp 70-433
Overview
Drawing on decades of practical experience, Champion Valley Software courses are a leap forward in content creation and delivery. Each Mentor teaching a course brings years of past and ongoing practical experience on the subject into the classroom to provide a unique perspective on the content delivered. Based on that practical experience, each
mentor is equipped to answer any question which should arise and ensure that each delegate attending the class will leave with skills that can be applied immediately in their environment. Only the best content available coupled with the best instructors possible and utilizing the most current knowledge make it into a Champion Valley Software course.
Certification Boot Camps cover the subject matter for an exam, however, they are not taught directly to the exam. All of the other test preparation courses focus on students memorizing large amounts of material for the sole purpose of taking a particular exam. Once the exam is completed, most of the knowledge memorized is
either forgotten or not useful in the IT world. These courses are designed to teach the subject matter while not teaching specifically to an exam. At the conclusion of the training, attendees come away with a large volume of
knowledge which can be immediately applied to their jobs. If a student decides to subsequently take an exam, they are prepared for the material, but first and foremost, they are prepared for the demands of a job working with SQL Server.
This course covers the entire subject matter encompassed by the 70-433 exam.

For the SQL Community
Friday, 1. May 2009 3:40 | Author:Mike
Just wanted to make you aware of some upcoming SQL Server 2008 training at TCU. The course is running on Saturdays and Sundays from June 20 – 28. The cost of the course is $0. Yes, 22 hours of SQL Server 2008 training for free.
We did have to rent the classroom from TCU and will be splitting the cost between all of the attendees. Since there are 50 people registered at this point and the classroom rental was $600 for the entire course, that is $12 per person at this point. So, while the registration fee is $0, the total course cost at this point is $12 for about 22 hours of SQL Server 2008 training.
