spacer Marcel Walker has been a Personal Trainer with Main Street Gym since 2008. Since then, he has worked one on one with clients to help them reach their fitness goals. In addition to one on one training, he is currently our 20 minute Abs Class instructor and leads our evening Boot Camp Classes. He is also an avid runner, having competed in a slew of long distance races. And though he is a big believer in cardio, he also stresses the importance of a well rounded weightlifting routine no matter what client’s goals may be.
