There are obvious differences between the sites in terms of layout and functionality, but each site goes through the same basic design and production process.
Our creative process is flexible, collegial, and collaborative. We invite your creative direction. No one intends to copy another web siteв′s design, but it’s perfectly legitimate to single out other sites that you admire. Use descriptive words and musical genre’s if any come to mind. One client told us that he desired a look that was classical and restrained like the works of French composer Eric Satie. Another told us to avoid anything that looked too American and instead shoot for a cosmopolitan and European look. Whatever the direction, the site’s design should seem congruent: a web site for a small community bank probably should look like a banking web site (conservative) and not like that of a hip hop artist (wildcard).
