The French Quarter Festival is free, with 15 stages dotted throughout the Quarter. Thats a lot of stages and a lot of musicians from here and around the world. As they say in the ball yards, You cant tell the players without a program. We cant tell you the batting averages or ERAs of these musicians, but heres a guide to the talent at the festival this year.
