About
Right Where You Are Sitting Now is an online magazine that explores the weirder side of the world we live in. From fringe musicians to cults, from alternative thinkers to Magick…basically if it’s coming from a fresh, funny or different perspective, we are interested in it!
Although we are a relativley young and underfunded project, RWYASN strives to bring you the latest in alternative, underground and countercultural goings-on.

Ken is the editor of SittingNow and it’s minions. He has written for a plethora of magazines, and websites, and now – not unlike Darth Vader – he is the master….sort of.
When not slaving over this site, he edits videos professionally, and produces podcasts for companies, and other indie projects.

Kim Monaghan (Daddytank) – Reviews Editor
Daddy Tank is an unimaginative creature, easily sated with flickering lights and loud noises. In the whole of 2008 he did not actually manage to read a single proper book, which should tell you all you need to know. His time is mostly taken up with occupying a small, young version of himself and endlessly walking places, for profit and for fun.
His greatest hope is to be selected as a test subject for the first flight to Mars while his biggest fear is that one day people will be able to hear his thoughts.

Claire Lumière – Weekly Weird News & Feature writer
Nocturnal ever-curious spirit craving “knowledge” of all while having a consistent love affair with life. Strangely, has always wanted to be immortal but is ready to die at any moment. She keeps a will and goodbye letters just in case. This isn’t pessimistic, she tells skeptics, simply a token of preparation. When Claire isn’t being an archivist and an isolationist, she enjoys social experimentation which often involves harassing strangers with her tape recorder, asking them about their dreams and sexual fantasies, or: leaving them odd gifts and witnessing their reactions from afar. She avidly enjoys chaos and a stray from the norm. Claire is an undergrad at university studying philosophy and international studies but wishes her major would instead be “everything.” Claire has sought meaningful conversation with dolphins from a young age and finds everything besides cars, military history, and sports scores, quite fascinating. She ardently disbelieves in boredom and ennui and never accepts either as a legitimate excuse. TALI HO!
